By subscribing to one of our services mentioned above, you accept the terms and the conditions described below and agree to conform to it. Limited responsibility The Subscriber recognizes that l'Analyseur Boursier cannot be considered responsible for some damages, expenses or losses incurred because of the use of the data generated by l'Analyseur Boursier. The data are supplied for information only and in differed time. The data are not supplied for an advice to invest but rather to offer a tool of assistant to the technical analysis. L'Analyseur Boursier recommends to make no decision on the basis of this information before having verified them or made verified by a broker in transferable securities. The Subscriber recognizes to use the data and the information which are proposed to him in its only particular interest and at its only risks. The Subscriber recognizes and accepts that: 1) L'Analyseur Boursier is not a councillor or a broker in transferable securities; 2) L'Analyseur Boursier never recommends, advises or disadvises the purchase or the sale of the stock enumerated on this site; 3) The data are supplied for information only. L'Analyseur Boursier is not responsible for the use which you make; 4) The data generated by l'Analyseur Boursier are a working tool. They must be used as means of assistant to the technical analysis; 5) L'Analyseur Boursier does not guarantee the exactness of the data on this site; 6) L'Analyseur Boursier is not responsible for data which can be erroneous on this site. Modification of fee of subscription L'Analyseur Boursier reserves the right to modify the fee of subscription to its discretion. Delay of activation of the subscriptions Any subscription made between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm will be activated the next workday. Any subscription made after 5:00 pm will be activated within 48 hours working. Renewal / cancellation / end of the subscription Any subscription to one of our services is not automatically renewed at the end by the period of payment. The Subscriber who wishes to renew its subscription has to redo the process of subscription in the section "Subscription" of the Web site. The minimal period for any subscription to one of our services is of 30 workdays as from the date of activation of the subscription. The Subscriber who wishes to cancel his subscription has to send an e-mail to info@analyseurboursier.com (no refund will be made). Policy of refund in case of cancellation No amount paid in advance for the subscription to one of our services can be refunded in the eventuality of a cancellation of service asked by the Subscriber. Policy in case of interruption of service In case of interruption of service of our local server of l’Analyseur Boursier (power cut caused by the power plant which serves the server of l’Analyseur Boursier, problem with the server of l’Analyseur Boursier, problem of reception of the data Intraday by the content provider of l’Analyseur Boursier) the duration of all of the subscriptions will be prolonged of duration equal to that of the interruption of service (no refund will be made). For example: 3 days of interruption = 3 days of continuation of the subscription (according to the working stock exchange days) Terms of service of the data The data generated by l’Analyseur Boursier are exclusively reserved for the personal use of the Subscriber. In no case the Subscriber can supply or sell these data to another person or another entity, or diffuse them on another support whatever it is, otherwise the Subscriber will be prosecuted. Technical support Any information asked via its e-mail, l’Analyseur Boursier reserves the right to answer or not and in an acceptable period without clarifying however the term. Tax The cost of subscription includes tax for Canadian residents. No tax is applied to non-residents of Canada. Reserve of rights of l'Analyseur Boursier L'Analyseur Boursier reserves the right to modify any time the present terms and the conditions.
